The Bill Stutt Stakes is a Group 2 race over 1600 metres for 3 year olds, held at Moonee Valley Racecourse and named in honour of a former Moonee Valley Racing Club chairman. It has a total purse worth more than $200,000.

Originally called the Moonee Valley Stakes, the race name was changed in 1990 and is often referred to simply as the Stutt Stakes. It is a set weight race that is used as an indicator for performance in the Caulfield Guineas.
